Consultation

The first consultation is an important step in your care. At this time we will need to be informed of any pre-exisiting conditions. We can access the situation to make a treatment plan that best suits your need. Our goal is for you to have an excellent experience and proper care.

Doctors Briggs and Nakashima are both diplomates of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and members of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. 

As a first time patient you will need to fill out the necessary paperwork so make sure you bring an ID and insurance information. If you are unsure about your insurance coverage call or email ahead of time so that our staff can help you.

No matter what sort of work is being done, the doctors always keep patients informed and do everything in their power to make each encounter surprisingly pleasant. “We always think of them first,” Dr. Nakashima says. “We’re up front with everything we do so the patient knows exactly what’s going on.” So even if a patient walks in apprehensive about their surgery, the doctors alleviate as much of the pain as possible so he or she can walk out as content as Ashley. “We’re here for our patients and want them to have the best experience they can have,” Dr. Briggs says. “Nobody is ever happy to see us, but we don’t take it personally.”
